4x4 Country & Cub Cadet

Hats off to Jack Smith @ 4 x 4 Country! I ordered a Polorus 570 Premium (camo) late July with the understanding that it could be 6 months till delivery. It took 5 months. Some of my accessories weren't available at the time. 4 months later they came in and I returned the unit to get these installed. Jack had it ready before they closed on that day. Even though it took time during the pandemic....it was worth the wait and Jack did everything he agreed to do from day one. 4 x 4 Country is a great place to do business !!

Super friendly and helpful bunch of folks. Jack Smith in Sales and the guys at the parts counter are awesome. Not so awesome was the cruddy workmanship that went into building my Polaris Ranger, especially where it concerned wiring. They used cheapo crimp connectors instead of soldered connections and the wiring was, in a word, a mess. The turn signal kit had 12 splices in the wires, I think their electrical guy is Edward Scissorhands. I had to redo all of it. And they really made a mess where they had to drill holes in the dash or body panels to install accessories (so sloppy with no pride in workmanship).

I called 4x4 Country and Cub Cadet and talked to Chris about purchasing a DR chipper/shredder since I live in Inman,SC and their business is not too far north in Hendersonville. I would prefer buying from a brick and mortar when possible! I was told that the model I was interested in was in stock and could be assembled out of the box. Made arrangements with a neighbor and his truck to ride up on Saturday. When they opened at 9am, I was greeted at the door by a few of the associates before meeting Chris for the first time. We walked directly over to where he had my soon to be new toy and, went through the safe operation, care and feeding and extended warranty options. We then rolled the DR Premier out the door, gassed it up and pulled the starter rope a few times before realizing that the on/off was in the off position. That’s all it took and a few pulls and it was roaring along! We loaded it in the back of the pickup, strapped it in with a few ratchet straps and drove off headed to SC. It was a 40 minute drive that I can honestly say was well worth the trip. They have a large inventory of Stihl, Kress, Polaris and Cub Cadet equipment as well as Yanmar tractors which I had never seen before. If you are in need of any 4x4 or outdoor equipment, this place is well worth the trip!

This place is AMAZING! After having the run around at Home Depot and a horrible experience we were referred to this place by a co worker. We went to visit on a Saturday and were greeted with men who were not only friendly but knowledgeable in their product. The gentleman that first helped us was fairly new but you would have never known this. He was wonderful. We decided to purchase a riding lawnmower from him and another man came in to help with the sale. They were honest and upfront with us about everything. They took their time to answer all of our questions and not once did we feel rushed. We had our mower delivered on Tuesday during the time we asked and the delivery man explained everything to my husband and was friendly and just amazing. After he left, my husband realized they didn’t bring the bagger and called the store right away. They apologized and had someone come the next morning to pick it up and install it for us (remind you, we didn’t pay for the installs as we were going to install it ourselves). I was shocked when this morning (Thursday) the man delivered our mower back to us with the bagger installed. Just with a little mistake with the bagger this company went out of their way to fix it above and beyond what we ever could imagine. I highly recommend this company to anyone and look forward to doing business with them again. Thank you to all of us for making our first experience wonderful. Tammy & John Lowell
